Combines the expertise in research with practical competencies on the adult training, consulting and human resources management fields. Assistant Professor of Organisational Psychology (13 Years) – lecturing subjects as “Research Methods on Organisational Psychology - Director of a Research Center for Adult Continuing Education and Training (10 years) and Director of a Post-Graduation Course in the Vocational Training Field -Trainers of Trainers, Training Management and Multimedia Resources Conceptor (4 years). She has gained extensive experience in EU project preparation, management, coordination and reporting by the implementation of different national and European funded projects. Has 30 years of experience working on European projects in a variety of programmes and sectors, from higher education to adult education and VET, frequently within an action-research approach. Extensive experience (16 years) of external evaluation of proposals under several programmes, as enlist external evaluator, invited by 1) the European Commission, (Directorate-General for Education and Culture and Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency) and 2) the Portuguese National Agency for the EU Programmes Socrates and Leonardo da Vinci. Coordinator of the Project CINAGE-European Cinema for Active Ageing and the Project RefugeesIN- Cinema for Refugees Social Inclusion.
