Assistant Professor at the FCH (Faculty of Human Sciences). She graduated and received her PhD in Psychology, specialization in Vocational Psychology, at the University of Minho, with the thesis "Career self-management: study of a psychological intervention model with research grant holders", a subject that represents the transition between vocational psychology and social and organizational psychology. She teaches courses related, among others, to the development of academic and professional skills, research methodologies, psychometrics, psychological assessment, psychology of learning, and educational psychology. She has working experience in assessment and interventions with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Researcher on studies related to well-being and life projects, the assessment of needs and effectiveness of psychological interventions in institutional settings, and scientific research methodologies.
