Time for creating a common vision about the project, detailing its operational development (Outputs 1 and 2) and taken concrete decisions on research methods and work processes, data collection and reporting. On the Agenda the plans for dissemination and evaluation and discussion about the best strategies to ensure the quality of processes and products and the visibility of the project results as well.

The composition and role of the External Pool of Experts (interested parties), to be formed by each partner, should be made clear to all.
