Philip Penny gained his MSc in Cyberpsychology in 2009 and BSc in Psychology Applied to Information Technology in 2004 at Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design & Technology/IADT. He currently works as a full-time researcher at IADT, focusing on the intersection of multimedia technology, pedagogy, 4G wireless mobile web technologies and emergent Virtual Reality (VR) technologies and how they can deliver learning content and benefit society. He has conducted research and presented papers at national and international conferences. Philip is also a member of the steering committee Media & Learning since its foundation in 2011.
